Fluid Bed Drying Granulator

Summary

The FL-C series fluid bed drying granulator is a new type of granulating machine combining technique of spray draying and fluid bed granulation.It utilizes negative pressure hot air flow to dry the liquid in spray chamber and the liquid on materials very fast ,and also agglutinate them together into granules.The size of granules can be controlled by adjusting parameter.

1.Combine multifunctions of spraying ,drying,mixing and granulating,  and reduce steps of  

  techniques, process of contamination and the degree of labor force.-

2.Granules dissolved instantly, drinnking preparation easily dissolved out and tablets disintegrated

  easily.
